As a certified trainer and coach in the DISC model, EQ, and leadership development, he sees firsthand how Take Flight Learning’s bird styles rather than the letters D-I-S-C offers individuals countless lightbulb moments for understanding how to improve communication and build healthy relationships with the people they work to the people they live with.

As a lifelong learner, Jason holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational & Change Leadership from Gonzaga University & multiple certifications in talent development, emotional intelligence, coaching, and facilitation. He’s a frequent guest on podcasts as he shares his wisdom about leadership, culture and team building. Jason is an active member of the Association for Talent Development and the International Association of Facilitators and was a contributing author for the book “You Belong Here: HumansFirst Stories.” His keynotes are sure to leave audiences rethinking how they see themselves and the world around them.
