Jason Meucci

Jason Meucci’s purpose is to build a better world by building a better world of work – and his inspiring talks are a catalyst for doing just that. Applying leadership lessons learned from more than two decades working in some of America’s biggest and most well-known companies, Jason is on a mission to help organizations build cultures that make people better, not broken.

As a facilitator, coach, speaker, and team-builder, he leaves people feeling energized, enlightened, and equipped to become a better version of themselves, while simultaneously helping others flourish.

As the Vice President of Facilitation and Coaching at Take Flight Learning, Jason integrates the power of DISC, Emotional Intelligence, and Psychological Safety to help leaders and teams be more intentional about creating an environment where everyone can do their best work because they’re empowered to be their best selves – transforming culture and performance from dysfunctional to dynamic.

His coaching work combines his 20 years of leadership experience with a variety of coaching certifications from the Association for Talent Development, Human Capital Institute, and the Institute for Social Emotional Intelligence, with specialties in DISC, EQ, and Leadership Development. He helps clients ranging from emerging leaders to experienced executives achieve transformational growth. Depending on the client’s need, his coaching services can help an individual, a team, or a leader and direct report overcome a variety of challenges to reach their full potential.  

Jason’s message is impactful for both trainers and leaders looking to grow professionally and personally. As a certified trainer and coach, he taps into the power of Take Flight Learning’s bird styles to provide countless lightbulb moments for individuals seeking to improve communication and build better relationships with everyone from the people they work to the people they live with, from the people they lead, to the people they love.

Jason’s brought his coaching and facilitation work to organizations including Apple, Circle K, Gonzaga University’s School of Leadership Studies, the National Park Service, Seattle Colleges, STERIS Healthcare, Trane, United Airlines, University of Northern Iowa, Washington Bankers Association, and Vistage International – an international CEO coaching and peer advisory organization.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational & Change Leadership from Gonzaga University, where he also helped teach Leadership & Team Building to Master’s and Doctoral students. He’s a frequent guest on podcasts as he shares his wisdom about leadership, culture, and team building. Jason is an active member of the Association for Talent Development and the International Association of Facilitators and was a contributing author for the book “You Belong Here: HumansFirst Stories.”
