Taking Flight with DISC has become a core element of our organizational culture. The shared language of ‘the birds’ has helped us recognize, understand, and celebrate the unique perspectives of each style, leading to increased empathy, accountability, and trust. When we launched Taking Flight with DISC in April 2016, we never expected it to ‘take off’ as it has!
