Description

This interactive group activity helps participants in the Chameleon Selling training program to learn or re-familiarize themselves with the four DISC styles represented as the Dominant Eagle, Interactive Parrot, Supportive Dove and Conscientious Owl. Each team of 4-6 people receives a set of 48 cards. One by one, participants read each card aloud then sort them into the Eagle, Parrot, Dove, or Owl styles based on which style the card describes.

This activity provides the foundation for incorporating the styles into the selling process.
