The Chameleon Leadership training program teaches current and future leaders how to flexibly adapt to the needs of their direct reports. By linking the Eagles, Parrots, Doves, and Owls to a range of core leadership skills, leaders learn how to tap into the power of their personality while honoring the styles of the people they lead.

The virtual guide includes the following sections: What is Leadership?, Communicating in Style, Leading Engaging Meetings, Delegating for Development, Feedback in Action, Accountability & Coaching, Engaging Your Team, and Creating your Flight Plan.

The Chameleon Leadership Virtual Participant Guide also includes four activities that can be led by the team, including Accountability Partners, Misconceptions, Best Leader Award, and The Oracle at Delphi.
