Description
This Style Intro Pack is the perfect way to discover the Eagle, Parrot, Dove, and Owl styles. The pack includes the Taking Flight with DISC Video Series, and the eLearning with Style course.
eLearning with Style:
We all know that learning is a process, not an event. So why are most DISC training programs once-and-done experiences? The eLearning with Style course reinforces the concepts taught in the classroom and introduces new skills for applying the styles in daily interactions. The ten activities take approximately one-and-a-half hours to complete.
Review the core concepts of understanding the styles and practice identifying styles from looking at an individual’s office, reading a text message, and through tone and body language. Gain new insights into utilizing the styles to maximize individual and team effectiveness.
The eLearning activities include:
- Word Match
- Bird Watching
- Which Bird Left the Voicemail?
- Whose Office?
- Microflock Teams
- Strike a Pose
- The Wild Life of Wildlife
- Bird Match
- Who’s Missing?
- Red Zone vs. Green Zone
See why people are calling this course both fun and impactful!
