Taking Flight with DISC Certification is a prerequisite.The Chameleon Leadership Program builds upon the skills learned in the Taking Flight with DISC Program, taking a fresh approach to leadership by using the power of your personality. Based on the principles in Merrick Rosenberg’s book, The Chameleon: Life-Changing Wisdom for Anyone Who Has a Personality or Knows Someone Who Does, this session helps leaders better understand themselves, their own natural leadership skills, and how to adapt those skills to meet the needs of their team.This course expands on your knowledge about the four styles gained in the Taking Flight with DISC program.
