Merrick Rosenberg created Taking Flight with DISC with a clear mission: to help individuals become their best selves while empowering organizations to foster positive, thriving work environments. To bring this vision to life, he founded Take Flight Learning and developed a comprehensive ecosystem of training programs and profiles that support personal and professional growth at home, at work, and everywhere in between.

Kerry Bayles
Kerry Bayles leads personality styles training programs, team building events, and delivers keynote talks across the United States and around the world. She is master certified in the DISC model, which she has used since 1994 to help people understand others and communicate effectively. As Vice President of Learning and Development with Take Flight Learning, Kerry has helped create several personality style-themed training programs and team-building programs.
Jason Meucci
As the Vice President of Facilitation and Coaching at Take Flight Learning, Jason’s message is impactful for both trainers and leaders looking to grow professionally and personally. As a certified trainer and coach in the DISC model, EQ, and leadership development, he sees firsthand how Take Flight Learning’s bird styles rather than the letters D-I-S-C offers individuals countless lightbulb moments for understanding how to improve communication and build healthy relationships with the people they work with to the people they live with.
