- Utilizing the Taking Flight with DISC Facilitator Guide and support materials.
- Facilitating exercises to engage participants.
- Applying the styles in a variety of settings, including Coaching, conflict management, leadership development, selling, hiring, and team building.
As part of your certification, you receive lifetime access to the Taking Flight with DISC Video Series. In these 33 videos, Merrick Rosenberg a.k.a. the Bird Guy, presents each major section of the Taking Flight with DISC training program. Watch these videos to reinforce and deepen your knowledge of the styles and help you become a superstar facilitator of training programs with the Eagles, Parrots, Dove, and Owls. You can even show the videos in the classroom if you like. You will gain access to the videos through Take Flight Learning’s Learning Management System.
