You will practice identifying styles from looking at an individual’s office, reading a text message, and through tone and body language. Reschedule: A $100 rescheduling fee will be applied for rescheduling within 10 business days prior to the certification date.

Cancellation: There are no refunds if the cancellation occurs within 10 business days prior to the certification.
