Introduction to the Four Styles – October 2023

Introduction to the Four Styles provides individuals with a deep understanding of the Eagle, Parrot, Dove and Owl styles. This session is specificially designed for people who have not been previously certified in Taking Flight with DISC and must be coupled with the Coaching in Style and/or Taking Flight with EQ Certifications. Introduction to the Four Styles does not certify individuals to facilitate the Taking Flight with DISC Training Program.

Whether you have been utilizing the DISC model for years or are new to the styles, you will:

• Gain a foundation for understanding your style and the styles of others.
• Learn how to interpret graphs to understand the story they tell.
• Discover how to capitalize on your strengths and minimize style-based challenges.
• Gain insight into using your strenghts instead of overusing them and how to avoid imposing your style on others.

Please make sure you can attend the entire certification. We do not schedule private make-up sessions if you miss some of the content and in an effort to honor the time of everyone in attendance, we do not review content that is missed if people arrive late. The first hour is critical as it provides the foundation of the certification. So don’t be late!

Cancelation: There are no refunds if canceled within 10 business days prior to the certification.

Reschedule: A $100 reschedule fee will be applied for rescheduling within 10 business days prior to the certification.

Two or Three Part Event:

• October 31, 2023 – 1:00-5:00 pm Eastern Time Zone (Introduction to the Four Styles)
• November 1, 2023 – 1:00-5:00 pm Eastern Time Zone (Coaching in Style)
• November 2, 2023 – 1:00-5:00 pm Eastern Time Zone (Taking Flight with EQ)
