The Profile that Changes Everything

Some people are skeptical when we flash the birds to start a DISC session. That skepticism lasts all of three minutes before participants are fully engaged, laughing, enjoying themselves, but most importantly…learning! I’ve never seen such an engaging approach to DISC that is so easily applied back on the job and talked about by employees months later. I can’t remember my DISC world pre-birds!

The Taking Flight with DISC training provided each student with clarity about their own personal style and that of their team members. The results to date have been remarkable. Our teams have been more productive and able to resolve challenges than we have experienced in the past.

Our team recently went through DISC training using the Taking Flight birds. We have taken this information back to our office and are using it to work better as a team and to communicate better.
