DESCRIPTION:Taking Flight with DISC Certification is a prerequisite. The Chameleon Leadership Program builds upon the skills learned in the Taking Flight with DISC Program\, taking a fresh approach to leadership by using the power of your personality. Based on the principles in Merrick Rosenberg’s book\, The Chameleon: Life-Changing Wisdom for Anyone Who Has a Personality or Knows Someone Who Does\, this session helps leaders better understand themselves\, their own natural leadership skills\, and how to adapt those skills to meet the needs of their team. This course expands on your knowledge about the four styles gained in the Taking Flight with DISC program. This session will enable you to infuse the Eagles\, Parrots\, Doves\, and Owls into your leadership style. Two-Part Event: \nDecember 3\, 2024 – 1:00-5:00 pm Eastern Time Zone\nDecember 4\, 2024 – 1:00-5:00 pm Eastern Time Zone\n$795.00 + Shipping \nPlease make sure you can attend the entire certification. We do not schedule private make-up sessions if you miss some of the content and in an effort to honor the time of everyone in attendance\, we do not review content that is missed if people arrive late. So don’t be late! \n\n\n\nCancelation: There are no refunds if canceled within 10 business days prior to the certification. \n\n\n\nReschedule: A $100 reschedule fee will be applied for rescheduling within 10 business days prior to the certification.
