DESCRIPTION:Taking Flight with DISC Certification is a prerequisite. \n \nThe Chameleon Selling certification teaches trainers how to lead a one-day sales training program based on selling with the DISC styles. This certification will provide trainers with the insights and training materials to conduct an engaging session filled with interactive exercises. \n \nBuilt off of the DISC principles as described in Merrick Rosenberg’s books\, Taking Flight! and The Chameleon\, trainers will learn how to help salespeople better understand themselves\, their customers and prospective customers. Trainers will gain the skills to take salespeople to the next level. \n \nChameleon Selling is designed to take salespeople to the next level. Participants will learn how to incorporate style into everything they do\, from the initial phase of prospecting and qualifying leads to maintaining the relationship and creating post-sales opportunities. The Chameleon Selling Profile is also integrated into the program. The profile includes an introduction to style and selling as individuals discover their sales strengths\, challenges\, and ideal sales environment that will allow them to thrive. They will learn how to become a Chameleon Salesperson by examining their strengths and challenges in what they prioritize throughout the sales process\, how they approach cold outreach\, present value proposition\, manage competitiveness to drive success\, handle stress\, and deal with their easiest and most difficult customers. \n \nChameleon Selling empowers and enables individuals to: \n \n\nDevelop greater self-awareness of one’s own selling style and its impact on sales success.\nRecognize style characteristics of potential customers.\nIdentify predictable behaviors throughout each stage of the selling process based on the four styles.\nUtilize the ADAPT model to improve effectiveness with all types of customers throughout the process.\nPresent to groups containing multiple personality styles.\nWork together more effectively with fellow team members to maximize sales.\nIncrease sales revenue by incorporating style into their sales skills and strategies.\n\n \nIn this six-hour certification course\, you will learn how to guide participants to view conflict through the lens of the four personality styles drawn from the founding principles of Taking Flight with DISC and Merrick Rosenberg’s books\, Taking Flight! and The Chameleon. \n \nOne-Part Event: \n \n\nJune 5\, 2026– 11:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Time Zone\n\n \n$595.00 + Shipping \nNote: Please make sure you can attend the entire certification.
